How the Project Flows

Every project follows a clear structure, even if it doesn’t always feel busy. Knowing what’s normal can help the process feel calmer and more predictable.

What to Expect

At different points, you may notice:

  • Periods where I’m asking for input or feedback
  • Periods where you don’t need to do anything
  • Moments where things come together quickly after a quiet stretch

All of that is part of the process.

When You’ll Hear from Me

You’ll typically hear from me when:

  • Decisions or feedback are needed.
  • A review point is ready.
  • Something needs clarification before moving forward.

If nothing is needed from you, progress is usually happening behind the scenes.

The Phases at a Glance

Every project moves through the same core phases:

  • Discovery — understanding goals and constraints
  • Design — defining structure and direction
  • Midpoint Alignment — confirming we’re on track
  • Build — bringing everything together
  • Final Review — refining and resolving details
  • Launch — final checks and deployment

You don’t need to manage these steps. I will guide the process and clearly flag when your input is needed.

Quiet Doesn’t Mean Stalled

Design and build work often involves focused time without visible updates. That’s normal—and intentional.

If something ever feels unclear, you’re always welcome to ask.

One Last Note

This process is designed to move steadily without overwhelming you. I’ll guide the work, flag decisions clearly, and keep things moving forward.
